Second only to landscapes, my next my greatest love is plants, both cultivated and uncultivated. Many of my macro images were taken on my walks up around Carey’s Castle near Kilmacomma, Clonmel. The normally ignored hedgerows possess a wealth of colourful minutiae and assortment of biodiversity and plant life whose majesty never ceases to captivate me.
